Sports have been woven into the fabric of Canada since the country’s earliest days. Created by Canada’s Sports Hall of Fame in association with 11 Canadian organizations, this online exhibition features five main sports-related themes, covering the period from 1867 to the present day. Celebrate Canada’s sports history over the past 150 years through videos on artifacts, mini-documentaries narrated by athletes and sport reporters, and more than 650 photos, each of which tells its own unique story.
